: TEM - IN/Prepay Integration & Testing

Solution provides technical expertise and project management – with a combination of work package and T&M engagement

Context

Integration and migration of complete IN and Prepay platforms from existing customer core network to new solution – including integration of a new NMS platform
The integration and migration from legacy to new system is to be achieved in a phased approach

The entire solution needs to be migrated from legacy systems without any impact on service
The IN / Prepay NMS solution needs complete testing and service verification in lab and live network environments
NMS integration, testing and migration have to be planned, implemented and executed for each project phase, covering all internal and external interfaces

Integration: The IN/Prepay platform needs to be integrated into lab and live environments and interface with existing and new systems
Testing: Test cases and scripts for IN and Prepay need to be written, covering NMS, Fault Management, Configuration Management, Administration Management, Performance Management, Security
Coverage: Test cases need to cover 100% of requirements, and consider each network entity
Execution: Testing needs to be executed in a simulated lab environment as well as in integration and live environments

Delivered integration plan and design specifications and achieved lab readiness and full integration of NMS platforms, IN and Prepay platforms in all test environments
Completed development and documentation of Test Case definitions and Test Specifications, meeting aggressive targets and overall programme milestones
Achieved 100% test coverage on requirements of the solution
Covered all parts and phases of the solution in the Integration and Migration cycle
Executed test cases in lab environment
