Context
A major telecommunication company required to provide end-to-end testing of new terminals and certify them as fit for distribution on their network. A shortfall existed in the processes in both the ability to test sufficient numbers of terminals and the exit quality of the terminals.
Altran was approached to re-engineer the processes to allow the ability to test sufficient number of terminals meeting the exit pre-defined exit quality.
