11 complementary modules
Altran, in partnership with the operators in the industry, has developed 11 modules covering an entire quality system. Each module is assimilated using different tools providing a tangible measurement of the maturity of the quality system.

5 key performance goals are evaluated with a view to defining a pragmatic road book intended to guide improvement efforts towards the most effective levers.
