The Franco-British Transport Conference, organised by the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and sponsored by a range of leading names including Altran, will take place on Tuesday 14th October at One Great George Street, London. The conference, which is open to members and non-members of the French Chamber, is expected to attract over 200 transport professionals from the UK and France, including investors, business partners, suppliers and academics, to discuss the major challenges facing the industry and share best practice.
The Franco-British Transport Conference will focus on two key areas:
- Financing urban transport: bringing public and private investors together
- The city of the future: innovative solutions for the digital age
The keynote speech will be given by Rt Hon Patrick McLoughlin MP, Secretary of State for Transport. Other notable speakers will include Sir Peter Hendy CBE (Commissioner, Transport for London) and Nicolas Petrovic (CEO, Eurostar).
