Altran is delighted to invite entries for the Intelligent Systems category of the IET Innovation Awards 2015.
Altran is pleased to announce its renewed sponsorship of the ‘Intelligent Systems’ category of the IET Innovation Awards. This category recognises excellence in the development of the new wave of embedded and real-time systems that are typically highly connected, have massive processing power and perform complex functions that are often safety-critical or mission-critical. These systems are found across industry sectors, from automotive, rail, aerospace and defence to energy, healthcare, telecoms and consumer electronics.
Below is a video of last year's ceremony, featuring John Terrington, Divisional Director for Intelligent Systems at Altran UK, presenting the Intelligent Systems category award to the SAM Project team, whose semi-autonomous motorcar has given a quadriplegic individual the opportunity to drive a race car at speed on a race track.
To enter, visit the IET Innovation Awards website, download the entry form and submit it online by 3 July 2015. Best of luck to entrants!
